Prof. B. Chronik Teaching Duties (Fall 2006 - Winter 2007)
Professor Chronik is teaching the following two courses for the 2007-2008 academic year:
529b Data and Error Analysis
The goal of this course is to establish a high level of mastery in basic data and error analysis. The goal of this course is not to provide students an introduction to a wide range of advanced techniques in data and error analysis. Students completing this course will possess the required tools to publish, present and correctly defend their results.
3 lecture hours. Half course; (Winter 2007).MRI Summer School for New Students - 2007
This is an informal course for new graduate and summer students. Many students starting research projects have no clear conceptual understanding of MRI; however, they are also probably starting to sit-in on group meetings where the language of MRI is used extensively. Usually, we assume that students will learn the material indirectly, slowly picking-up ideas and words as they go. This course is intended to provide a conceptual introduction to the systems, practices, and applications of MRI on a wide scale. We will not go into quantitative details in particular areas. The course will meet on a semi-regular basis. Students who are attend are expected to attend regularly; (Summer 2007).
If you have any questions concerning these courses please contact Prof. B. Chronik.
